Browser Extension

The talentkiwi browser extension is the fastest way to work with candidates. It adds a Create button directly to candidate records in your ATS, so you can import all their documents into talentkiwi with a single click.

Installation

Install from the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store:

1. Click the link above and select Get in the top right
2. Pin the extension to your toolbar (click the puzzle icon → pin talentkiwi)

Supported browsers

Currently available for Microsoft Edge. Chrome support coming soon.

Importing a candidate

1. Navigate to a candidate profile in your ATS
2. Click the blue Create button (added by the extension to the candidate card)
3. The extension sidebar opens with the candidate's documents pre-populated
4. Review the imported data and proceed to generate the dossier

Document selection logic

The extension uses smart document selection:

Method 1 — Categorized documents (preferred): Used when the candidate has a CV that is properly categorized and less than 2 years old. Imports all categorized documents plus the most recent profile photo.

Method 2 — Date-based selection (fallback): Used when no recent categorized CV is found. Imports all documents uploaded on the most recent date.

Uploading back to your ATS

After generating the dossier, go to Step 4 in the sidebar and use the upload option to save the completed document back to the candidate record in your ATS.
