Profile & Company Details
Configure your recruiter profile and company information for document footers.
Your profile details appear in the footer of every generated document. Fill these in once before generating your first dossier.
Accessing your profile
Open the extension or web app and click the gear icon to open Settings.
Required fields
| Field | Description |

| First name / Last name | Your name as it appears in the document footer |
| Job title | Your recruiter title |
| Phone number | Your direct line |
| Recruiter Main Line | Your office's main switchboard number |
| Company name | Appears in the footer and header |
Optional fields
- Recruiter photo — uploaded photo appears in the document footer (template-dependent)
- QR code — automatically generated from your contact details; links to your vCard when scanned
Multiple profiles
You can create multiple Profiles — useful if you work across different companies or brands.
To create a new profile:
- Go to Settings → Profiles
- Click Add Profile
- Fill in the details for the new profile
Switch between profiles before generating a document to use the correct footer information.
Company logo
The company logo is embedded in the document templates. Contact support to update it.
