Templates
Manage the document templates available when generating dossiers.
Templates control the visual layout, branding, and section structure of generated dossiers. talentkiwi comes with built-in templates and supports custom templates for your organization.
Viewing available templates
Go to Settings → Templates to see all templates available to your account.
Selecting a default template
Set a default template so it's pre-selected each time you generate a document. Open a template and click Set as Default.
Template types

|---|---|
| Standard | Default talentkiwi layout with company branding |
| Compact | Condensed single-page format |
| Detailed | Extended layout with additional sections |
Custom templates
Custom templates can be configured per organization. They allow you to:
- Use your own branding and colors
- Add or remove specific document sections
- Change the page structure and font choices

Template vs. Document Layout
Templates control the visual design. Document Layout & Pages controls which content sections are included in the output.
