AI Chat

The AI Chat lets you ask natural language questions about a candidate based on all their uploaded documents — CV, references, notes, and any other files in the project.

Opening the chat

Inside a project, click the Chat icon in the sidebar or toolbar.

What you can ask

The AI has access to all uploaded documents in the project. You can ask questions like:

• "What programming languages does this candidate know?"
• "How many years of management experience do they have?"
• "Does this candidate have experience in the pharmaceutical industry?"
• "Summarize their career progression"
• "Is there a gap in their employment history?"

Use cases

• Pre-screening — quickly assess fit before reading the full CV
• Interview prep — generate questions based on the candidate's background
• Client briefing — answer ad-hoc questions during a call without searching documents manually

Limitations

The AI answers based only on the documents uploaded to the project. If information isn't in the uploaded files, the AI will say so rather than guessing.
