Projects

The Projects page gives you an overview of all your work in talentkiwi.

The Projects page lists all projects you have created or that have been shared with you, and lets you navigate directly to any of them. To open it, click the four-dots (table) icon in the sidebar.

The projects table

In the top left you can:

  • Search by candidate name or job post title
  • Filter by project type — Candidate or Job Post

The table columns include the project name, type, and number of documents generated. Projects are sorted by date and time by default. Click any column header to sort by that column instead. Use the pagination controls in the bottom right to browse older projects.

Two project types

talentkiwi has two project types:

Candidate project — generates a formatted candidate dossier. You upload a CV and supporting documents, optionally attach a job post to tailor the output, and generate a PDF or Word file to send to clients. See Candidate Project.

Job post project — generates a job description file for a role you're hiring for. You provide role details and the AI produces a structured, publish-ready job post. See Creating a Job Post.

Creating a new project

Click the New Project button (suitcase icon) in the sidebar, or use the Create Project button in the top right of the Projects page.
