Creating a Job Post
Add a job post to a project so talentkiwi can tailor the dossier to the specific role.
Attaching a job post to a project is optional but recommended — talentkiwi uses it to match and highlight the candidate's most relevant experience for that specific role.
Add a job post to a project
Inside an open project, find the Job Description section and either:
- Type or paste the job description text directly
- Upload a file (PDF or Word) containing the job post
- Paste a URL to the job listing — talentkiwi will extract the content
You can also enter just the job title if you don't have the full description.
How it affects the generated dossier
When a job post is present, the AI will:
- Emphasize experience and skills that match the role requirements
- Order sections to prioritize relevant qualifications
- Adjust the summary to reference the specific position
Updating the job post
You can update or replace the job post at any time before generating. Changes take effect on the next generation.
