Generating a Dossier
How to configure and run document generation in talentkiwi.
Once you've uploaded the candidate's CV, you're ready to generate a dossier.
Generation options
Before clicking Generate, configure three options:
Template
Select a document template from the Document Template dropdown. Templates control the layout, sections, and branding of the output. See Templates for how to manage them.
Language
Choose the output language for the generated document:
- English
- German
- French
- Italian
The AI translates and adapts the content into the selected language.
Anonymization
Toggle Anonymize if the candidate's name and personal details should be hidden in both the document and any attached files. See Anonymization Settings for details on what gets hidden.
Generating
Click Generate Document. Generation typically takes:
- 30–60 seconds for a standard CV
- Up to 2 minutes for large uploads with multiple attachments
Do not close the tab while generation is in progress.
After generation
Once complete, click Edit Document to review and adjust the output, or go straight to exporting.
Regenerating
You can regenerate at any time with different settings. Each generation creates a new version — previous versions are preserved in the project history.
