Uploading Candidates

How to upload CVs, references, diplomas, and recruiter notes to a project.

talentkiwi uses the uploaded documents to extract structured information for the dossier. The more complete the input, the better the output.

CV (required)

A CV is the only required document. Drag and drop it into the CV upload area, or click to browse.

Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC

Additional documents (optional)

Under Other Documents, you can upload:

  • Work references / recommendation letters
  • Diplomas and certificates
  • Assessments or evaluation reports
  • Any other supporting documents

These are used for two purposes:

  1. The AI extracts additional information from them during generation
  2. They are attached to the final PDF export (sorted by category)

Recruiter notes (optional)

Add notes from interviews or phone screens — typed or handwritten. You can:

  • Upload a file (PDF, DOCX, or image)
  • Type notes directly into the text field

Upload limits

We recommend keeping total uploaded content below 30–40 pages for optimal generation quality. This is not a hard limit, but larger inputs may affect accuracy and speed.

Replacing uploaded files

To replace a file, hover over it and click the Delete icon, then upload the new version.
